ON CEUs: Accreditation provided through Commonwealth Educational
Seminars (CES).
Psychologists
(APA): CES is approved by the American Psychological Association
to sponsor Continuing Education for Psychologists. Psychologists
attending this program will receive 14.25 CE Hours credit. CES
Maintains responsibility for this program.
Social
Workers: CES, provider #1117, is approved as a provider for
social work continuing education (CE) by the Association of Social
Work Boards (ASWB) through the Approved Continuing Education (ACE)
program. CES maintains responsibility for the program. ASWB is
a recognized Entity by the Massachusetts Board of Registration
of Social Workers for CE credit. Social Workers attending this
program will receive 14.25 CE hours Continuing Education credit.
Licensed social workers in other states should contact their individual
state jurisdiction for current CE requirements for licensure renewal.
Licensed
Mental Health Counselors: Massachusetts Licensed Mental Health
Counselors will receive 14.25 hours CE credit for this program.
The Massachusetts Board of Registration of Allied Mental Health
Professionals accepts CE credit offered by NBCC approved sponsors
for Licensed Mental Health Counselors. CES is recognized by the
National Board for Certified Counselors to offer CEs (#5596).
CES adheres to NBCC Continuing Education Guidelines.
Substance
Abuse Counselors: CES is approved by the National Association
of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselors (NAADAC) Approved Education
Provider Program #174. 14.25 contact hours of CE credit is granted
for this program.
Nurses:
Massachusetts Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses
will receive 14.25 contact hours credit for this program. This
offering meets the CE requirements for nurses as specified by
the Massachusetts Board of Nursing - 244 CMR 504.
Certified
Counselors: CES is recognized by the National Board for Certified
Counselors to offer CEUs (#5596). CES adheres to NBCC Continuing
Education Guidelines. 14.25 hours of CE credit is granted to NBCC
members for this program.
Massachusetts
Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselors (I-III): LADCs
will receive 14.25 CE hours for this program. As a NAADAC and
NBCC Approved Sponsor, CES is a Recognized Entity by the Commonwealth
of Massachusetts. This offering may be used to satisfy the CE
requirements for Massachusetts LADCs.
Massachusetts
Educators: CES is a registered provider in Massachusetts.
Massachusetts educators will receive a certificate for 14.25 hours
credit.
